Gilani condemns arrest of Nunnaji

Srinagar, September 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has strongly condemned the arrest of liberation leader, Muhammad Salim Nunnaji.  Syed Ali Gilani in a statement in Srinagar maintained that the arrest of leaders would not break the will of Kashmiris from continuing their struggle for right to self-determination. He also denounced the arrest of another leader, Farooq Ahmed Dar.

Nanaji, Bita Karatey arrested

Srinagar, Sept 19 (GK News): Two senior leaders of JKLF (R) Muhammad Salim Nanaji and Farooq Ahmed Dar alias Bita Karatey were arrested by police from Srinagar Airport, Friday afternoon.

A JKLF (R) spokesman said that Nanaji and Dar were arrested on their arrival from New Delhi where they had gone to attend an Iftaar party hosted by Pakistan High Commissioner.

Both of them have been taken to an unknown destination , the spokesman added.
