SRINAGAR, India --ÂÂ
Middle East Times  Twice, I tried to see Farooq Ahmad Dar in Udaimpur, located on the outskirts of Srinagar city. The press secretary of the JKLF, Wajahat Qureishi, promised a meeting with Dar, but it was never the right time. "I don't want you to be a suspect," he says, "Maybe another time." When Farooq was briefly released from Udaimpur jail, he sent me an email earlier this year to tell me he would be arrested the following day.
